"I went with Chad Smith agency to sell my home because of the google reviews. Well my experience with Brooks and Lana was horrible! When I think about the experience more than 4 months later I can still feel the anxiety! Both were very rude to me. Lana actually said “I have 10 other contracts I’m working on!” During one call Brooks had to actually call me back and apologize for the way he spoke to me, but there was no going back at that point. Prior to selling my home I never received a CMA, Brooks never discussed any documents, or process with me, he didn’t give me any advice on negotiating offers. A contract was cancelled and neither Brooks or Lana called to explain why. When I reached out to Lana to ask for any feedback she said, “It’s in the email” which actually it was briefly noted in small light blue font on the cover page of the cancelation contract. I searched for the reason. Brooks never called me. My house sold because of me! The one Star is for the photographer. Brooks had someone stick a sign in the yard that’s it! Lana did administrative that’s it! I would never use Brooks or refer Brooks. I feel like I was robbed of the thousands of $$ in commission I paid them. Neither Lana or Brooks earned it! If I only I knew then what I know now. I still wish I would have walked away just after 1 week or never selected Brooks as “my realtor”. I'm adding this comment based on response. I received the CMA only AFTER I requested & my home was already under contact. Look back at the documentation. Brooks & Lana were unpleasant to work with. Not helpful. My house sold at the best price because of my efforts & work."
